MELANCOLIA (2026)
Melancolia is an inner journey, a concept album where each track explores a different form of vertigo: falling, rising, wandering, disappearing, chasing the impossible. Inspired both by Dino Buzzati and Greek mythology, the album moves through mental landscapes where the boundaries between dream and reality dissolve.
The record questions that fragile moment when a human being begins to float between two worlds: the one they know and the one they long for, the one they fall from and the one they hope to reach. The characters of Melancolia fall, fly, flee, or search, yet all move forward with the same burning question: what is freedom, and what does it cost?
From the luminous vertigo of Falling Girl to the devouring ascent of The Flying Man, from the labyrinthine nightmare of Afterall to the infinite call of Waiting for the K, the album offers a poetic crossing of the human condition: fear, desire, impulse, loss, and that fundamental melancholy that accompanies every movement toward the unknown.
Musically, Melancolia blends rising intensity, airy atmospheres, mythical tension, and flashes of light. Each track unfolds within an emotional continuum, like fragments of the same dream. The instrumental Nothingness acts as a suspended breath — a moment where everything disappears in order to return renewed.
Melancolia is dawn and downfall, sky and abyss. A space where one falls, rises, searches — always — for another horizon.
1. Falling Girl
The first fracture. A slow, almost beautiful fall where light seduces and the void answers.
2. Afterall
The inner labyrinth. A walk through a stone city with no exit, no sky, searching for meaning.
3. The Flying Man
The magnificent lie. The illusion of ascent, the burn of the sun, the fall back into truth.
4. IF
The world’s fissure. A brief, intimate apocalypse where everything becomes conditional.
5. Lose Control
The total loss. The moment the body gives up, the mind dissolves, and resistance ends.
6. Nothingness
The zero point. A living void, a breath, an abyss where music becomes gravity.
7. Waiting for the K
The founding myth. The sea, the childhood memory, the creature. The return to the call that shapes a lifetime.
